Organizing a gathering on the water brings a distinctive atmosphere to any milestone. Pelagia Gulf caters to all types of private events, whether you are planning a milestone birthday party on a yacht in Dubai, an intimate wedding reception, a family baby shower, or an anniversary celebration. Our private motor vessels accommodate families with children and seniors smoothly, ensuring everyone stays comfortable on board. You can organize an elaborate daytime cruise or an evening reception against the shimmering coastline. Guests can request a customized celebration cake brought on board starting from AED 250, while candles and flowers can be set up on deck from AED 400. For high-profile groups requiring discreet service, booking a private yacht charter for VIPs with Dubai security considerations can easily be arranged through our team. We ensure your gathering is private, relaxed, and fully tailored to your specific party format.

Every vessel in our operational fleet is designed to offer maximum comfort during your time at sea. Guests will find spacious air-conditioned interior saloons, plush lounge areas, and fitted galleys equipped with refrigeration for food and drinks. Larger vessels feature expansive sundecks, elevated flybridges with panoramic seating, open-air dining spaces, and on-deck jacuzzis ideal for relaxing during day cruises. Private cabins and modern en-suite washrooms ensure full convenience throughout the trip. For extended multi-day charters or special evening functions, you can select an overnight yacht rental experience package to enjoy overnight accommodations directly on the water. Every detail is arranged to make the vessel feel like your own private floating villa, providing ample room for guests to socialize, dine, or dance across multiple decks in complete privacy.

Setting the right audio atmosphere is central to any successful gathering on the water. Our vessels come equipped with high-output marine sound systems featuring easy Bluetooth connectivity, allowing hosts to play their own curated playlists across all decks. For larger gatherings requiring professional musical performances, live DJs, saxophonists, singers, and dance acts can be scheduled on request through our chat manager. We coordinate with all performers beforehand to handle sound equipment and logistics so everything is ready before you board. On select vessels, indoor lounge screens and home theater setups support karaoke systems or corporate slideshows. To preserve every highlight of your gathering, a professional photographer on board can be added from AED 500 per hour, ensuring your musical event or evening reception is documented in detail.

Transforming the deck of a vessel into a themed event space is effortless with our pre-arrival styling services. A yacht decorated before you arrive can be organized through our manager starting from AED 350, featuring balloon arches, custom photo backdrops, and branded welcome banners. For romantic proposals, anniversary dinners, or formal evening functions, candles and flowers can be set up on deck from AED 400. To make a birthday celebration extra special, a custom cake can be brought on board from AED 250. Photographers and drone operators are available from AED 500 per hour to capture every decorated detail. If you wish to host a milestone celebration, choosing a custom birthday party on a yacht in Dubai setup provides a completely private environment tailored entirely to your personal aesthetic.

Corporate gatherings take on a dynamic tone when transferred to the open water. A private motor vessel offers an impressive backdrop for executive product launches, brand showcases, client hospitality, and company galas. Our team can arrange presentation screens and sound equipment through the charter manager so your business presentations run smoothly before the social program begins. If you wish to host an engaging corporate event, combining interactive water sports creates excellent team-building opportunities. Guests can add jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, seabobs, or banana towable rides directly to the itinerary. For full flexibility, hosts are welcome to bring their own catering and beverages including alcohol at no extra charge. Alternatively, full dinner service served on board can be scheduled from AED 250 per guest. Selecting a tailored event charter gives your company full control over the schedule, atmosphere, and route along the coastline.

Charter rates across our fleet are clear and straightforward, with standard VAT already included in the quoted price so no surprise fees are added at checkout. Hourly rates range from AED 880 for agile motor cruisers up to AED 18,900 for our largest vessels, with standard bookings available in two-hour, three-hour, or half-day blocks. For those who want to prolong their celebration past midnight, booking a night stay on a yacht in Dubai delivers an immersive overnight journey along the illuminated skyline. Our dates are fixed only upon receiving a 30% deposit, which opens your slot and protects your chosen schedule. If poor weather causes a cancellation, guests can select either a full refund or a rescheduled trip. This structure makes securing a vessel easy, reliable, and completely transparent.

Dining onboard can be fully customized to fit the exact style and budget of your gathering. Guests are always welcome to bring their own food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, with zero corkage fees or extra charges. If you prefer turnkey service arranged before arrival, our manager can schedule live BBQ cooking on deck, international buffets, or fresh sushi stations. Full dinner service served on board starts from AED 250 per guest, providing a complete dining setup managed by professional waitstaff. All charters include fresh drinking water and ice as standard. For those looking for an affordable yacht rental in Dubai, self-catering remains a popular choice that keeps costs low while maintaining total freedom over your menu. Whatever option you select, dining on the open deck creates a memorable social focus for your guests.

Selecting the right vessel size ensures your guests enjoy plenty of space to move around, dance, and socialize. Pelagia Gulf offers 40 suitable boats out of our 88 vessels, ranging in length from 53 to 164 ft. Our vessels cater to intimate groups of 10 to 25 people as well as larger parties, with our largest capacity accommodating up to 75 guests on board. Each vessel is operated by a fully qualified captain and professional crew who oversee navigation, safety, and docking throughout the cruise. If you are planning a high-energy boat party in Dubai with a large group of friends, our mid-sized and mega motor yachts provide multi-level decks, wide dance areas, and outdoor lounges designed specifically for hosting group celebrations without feeling crowded.

Cruising itineraries are fully flexible and can be customized based on your charter duration and personal preferences. Short one-hour or two-hour charters typically sail along the inner canal of Dubai Marina or skirt the vibrant coastline of JBR and Ain Dubai. Extended three-to-four-hour trips allow your captain to navigate past the iconic contours of Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis The Palm, and toward the magnificent sail-shaped silhouette of Burj Al Arab. Guests can request anchoring in calm bays near the coast for swimming, water sports, or relaxed outdoor dining. Whether you choose a sunset cruise or a night voyage under the city lights, custom cruising routes show off the shoreline from its best perspective, creating an ever-changing backdrop for your event.
