Direct Management and Crew Operations
Pelagia Gulf coordinates private yacht and boat rentals directly with vessel owners and certified marine crews. Every voyage is managed by a licensed captain and professional crew who handle navigation, vessel safety, and route planning. We do not use third-party sales desks or call centres. When you contact us via WhatsApp, you speak directly with our team between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. We confirm availability, manage scheduling, and ensure the vessel is prepared with fuel, safety equipment, insurance, and complimentary soft drinks before you board.
Boarding Locations Across Dubai
Our vessels depart from two central locations: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. Both departure points offer direct access to Dubai's coastal routes, including the Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab navigation zones. You will receive exact pontoon details and boarding instructions in the WhatsApp chat once your booking is confirmed. No passport or ID is needed to board the vessel. Guests simply arrive at the designated berth where the crew assists with boarding and luggage.
Booking Process and Charter Policies
We reply in the chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. A date is confirmed only once the 30% deposit is paid; dates are not held without it. Guests may bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, without corkage fees. If bad weather prevents sailing, we agree a new date in the chat or issue a full refund, depending on what the guest chooses. Additional services like catering or water sports are arranged directly through the chat before departure.
Fleet Specifications and Rental Rates
Our fleet consists of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 to 164 feet in length. Guest capacities range from small private groups up to 90 guests on our largest vessels. Charter prices start from 600 AED per hour for smaller boats and go up to 18,900 AED per hour for large superyachts, with a minimum charter length of 2 hours. All quoted rates include VAT, fuel, towels, ice, and crew services. Optional extras such as jet skis, catering, and DJ setups can be added on request.
