Reserving your cruise is handled through our direct WhatsApp chat, where Pelagia Gulf managers respond within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST. Simply share your preferred date, planned duration, and estimated guest numbers to start planning. Once you settle on the itinerary and optional extras, your coordinator provides a secure online card link for the initial 30% deposit required to lock in the calendar. We do not hold charter slots without this transaction, and the remaining balance is paid before boarding the yacht. In the event of adverse sea conditions, we arrange an alternative date or provide an immediate full refund for your outing in Dubai.
